It was just a decent option for a getaway in Tel Aviv with real value for money. The breakfast spread was good, satisfying my quick hunger before exploring the city. Clean towels should be a must, so I recommend checking for those upon arrival.

The hotel facilities itself is great and good location. However, the
service delivered from the onsite team is not aligned to the expectation I have for a hotel of this cost and calibre. While I appreciated the amenities and the spacious family room, the lack of timely assistance was disappointing.

The hotel has a nice restaurant.
We faced terrible service throughout our stay. Upon arrival, our room was ready late, and the reception was overwhelmed with only a couple of staff members present. Additionally, the coffee machine was not functional, creating delays during breakfast that affected our experience.

missingWrote a review on 20 Augsafety issuedirty carpets
The hotel harbors several bothersome issues. The fire doors on the 4th floor are a serious safety concern, requiring a firm push to close properly. In addition, the elevator mirrors are cracked, and the carpets throughout the hotel seem to have been neglected for too long. In the room, basic items like a coffee cup were missing, and the windows were so dirty that I had to clean them myself to enjoy the view. The sundeck was open 24/7, allowing noise from late-night gatherings to invade my tranquility.
